1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and taya05 ("taya05," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the taya05 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at taya05.app (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by taya05, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use the taya05 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed by a regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

taya05 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of taya05 services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one taya05 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. taya05 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify taya05 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach involving your credentials.
• Non-Transferability: Your taya05 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the taya05 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: taya05 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, debit cards, and bank transfers through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank.
• Prohibited Payment Methods: taya05 does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind, nor credit card gambling deposits, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the Platform's banking section and may vary by payment method.
• Processing Times: GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Verification Requirements: taya05 may require identity and payment method verification before processing withdrawals. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedure and is not optional.
• Currency: All balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso. No currency conversion is applied to PHP transactions.

taya05 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

taya05 offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. taya05 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• taya05 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other fraudulent means — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the taya05 Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all taya05 game sections:

• All games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, taya05 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Bets placed during a confirmed system error may be voided at taya05's discretion.
• taya05 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or manipulation.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing bets. taya05 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Game results displayed on the Platform are final once confirmed by the system. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant game round.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taya05 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or infrastructure.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account without authorization.
• Engaging in any conduct that taya05 reasonably determines to be abusive, harassing, or harmful to other players or Platform staff.

8. Responsible Gaming

taya05 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide tools and resources to help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Timers: Players may set session time reminders to track how long they have been playing.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: taya05 provides optional reality check notifications at intervals chosen by the player.

taya05 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to access the Platform. Players are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the taya05 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of taya05 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of taya05.

10. Privacy & Data

taya05 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

taya05 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and taya 05 cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or from the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, taya05 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or system errors.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game content, odds, or payout calculations subsequently corrected by taya05.

taya05's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Termination

taya05 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• taya05 suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account.
• You fail to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Continued operation of your account would expose taya05 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon termination for cause, taya05 may withhold any balance pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting taya05 customer support. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements or pending transactions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

taya05 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players acknowledge that PAGCOR's rules and regulations may apply to certain aspects of Platform operations and dispute resolution.

14. Amendments

taya05 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, taya05 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
